B.Ed evaluation disrupted once again in OU

The ongoing tussle between regionalists and the Osmania University authorities continued on Tuesday with the task of evaluating B. Ed answer scripts by evaluators from Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema regions once again marred by protests.
On Tuesday’s protestors however were not students but evaluators from Telangana who demanded that the state government lift all the police cases filed against Telangana protagonists.
The protests began as soon as the evaluation process got underway amidst tight security.
The Telangana evaluators raised slogans like ‘Go back Seemandhra lecturers’ and took out a rally along with students on the University campus.
The lecturers alleged that the University authorities had appointed Seemandhra lecturers for valuation work to hit the chances of Telangana students.
Rising `Jai Telangana’ slogans, they demanded that the police lift all cases against Telangana students, who participated for cause of Telangana statehood agitation.
The lecturers warned the government that they would not allow valuation process until the government lifts the police cases against Telangana students. The lecturers also made it clear that they would not allow the evaluation until the University officials ensure that Seemandhra lecturers have no part to play in the evaluations.
It took the intervention of Vice-Chancellor Tirupathi Rao to calm the agitating lecturers and students and convince them to end their protest. Prof. Rao assured the protestors that he would look into the issue.
Earlier on August 28, pro-Telangana students had manhandled academicians present in the campus for B. Ed spot valuation, demanding that the spot valuations be conducted only by evaluators from Telangana region.
That incident had led to widespread protests with state Governor, Mr E.S.L. Narasimhan expressing his anguish at the turn of events. Mr Narasimhan had also sought a report on the incident.
Meanwhile on Tuesday, Prof. Tirupathi Rao blamed the media for blowing the August 28 incident out of proportion. He said that continuous depiction of scenes of violence on television had led to the violence incident’s ramifications being felt in other universities across the state.
The authorities had deployed additional police forces to maintain law and order and to prevent untoward incidents in the campus on Tuesday.

GADDAR BIOGRAPHY

Gaddar (born as and also known as Gummadi Vittal Rao) (born 1949) is a pseudonym of a revolutionary Telugu balladeer and vocal Naxalite activist from the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. The name Gaddar was adopted as a tribute to the pre-independence Gadar party which opposed British colonial rule in Punjab during 1910s. Due to a spelling error, Gadar became Gaddar. And the name stuck.

Early years

He was born in 1949 in Toopran village of Medak district. He comes from a poor dalit family and his parents Seshaiah and Lachumamma worked as labourers to earn a living. After completing PUC (then equivalent of 12th class) from a government junior college in Hyderabad he joined the Osmania University Engineering College to pursue a Bachelors degree in engineering but dropped out after the first year to earn a living.

Gaddar married Vimala. He has two sons, called Sureedu and Chandrudu (died of illness in 2003) and a daughter Vennela.

Separate Telangana Movement
In 1969, Vittal Rao (Gaddar) joined the struggle for separate Telangana state. He formed a burrakatha (a kind of folk art in Andhra Pradesh, India) troupe named after Mahatma Gandhi to spread awareness about Telangana issue. He was soon disillusioned. For a while, he gave performances on family planning and other social themes for the Indian government's information and broadcasting ministry.

Gaddar once again for separate State of Telanagana
With the resurgence of Telangana movement, Gadar once again started to express his support for the cause of Telangana and expressed his strong vocal support for all those fighting for a separate Telangana state. Despite being a hardcore communist, he doesn't share the ideas of some communist parties of India that oppose separate Telangana state. In recent interviews on TV9, NTV, ETV he came out clearly that he is strongly with those who are for telangana. Even he expressed his solidarity with Devendar Gouds NNTP in spite of being shot at by the police during Goud's term as AP Home Minister.Quoting in his own words from various interviews on News channels "Even though telangana can be achieved only by political process through a bill at the center, it lies not only with the leaders of telangana parties but all those who have their lives at stake to bring about a people's movement. For a beginning let us take a big march. I Would lead the march and would be the first to take any bullets if fired at

Art Lovers Association
B.Narsing Rao, film director and founder of a forum called ‘Art Lovers Association’ noticed Vittal Rao and was impressed by his performance. He invited him to perform at a program on Bhagat Singh’s anniversary. After this program, Vittal Rao began attending the weekly meetings of Art Lovers Forum on Sundays. B.Narsing Rao also asked him to write and bring something along. At the next Sunday meet, Vittal brought his first song — Apuro Rickshaw (stop rickshaw). Narsing Rao suggested changes to link the song to their lives and their labour. With that, got produced the famous song:

Stop Rickshaw-walla; I am coming; You work from morning to night, but your stomach cannot be filled; So much blood and sweat, yet you earn hardly anything…

This song, written in about 1971, became a massive hit, specifically amongst rickshaw drivers.

Then Vittal came regularly to the Sunday meets. Numerous songs were written, mostly by Vittal. They printed their first songbook. It was entitled "GADDAR"; after the famous Gadar Party of Punjab. Soon, whenever they went to perform on streets, the people began to say that the "Gaddar people have come". The name stuck, and from then on Vittalrao is known as Gaddar. Meanwhile Gaddar came to know that B Narsing Rao was linked to the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist). Slowly Gaddar also came close to the Party.

Jana Natya Mandali
The Art Lovers Association was renamed the Jana Natya Mandali in 1972. Even while he was singing of revolution in the villages, Gaddar took a banking recruitment exam and got the post of a clerk at Canara Bank in 1975. He quit his bank job in 1984 and concentrated on Jana Natya Mandali. After he voiced his protest against the killing of several Dalits by upper caste landlords in Karamchedu village in Prakasam district in July 1985, the police raided Gaddar's house. He went underground.

Underground
In exile, Gaddar roamed through the forests of Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Orissa, spreading the revolutionary ideology through folk arts. Gaddar and his troupe adapted folk forms such as Oggu Katha, Veedhi Bhagotham (vernacular ballets using a combination of song, dialogue and dance) and Yellamma Katha (the story of the local deity) to revolutionary themes depicting the travails of peasants, labourers and other weaker sections. Jana Natya Mandali was soon regarded as the cultural wing of the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Peoples War, the Maoist party active in Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Orissa.

With his revolutionary songs catching the imagination of the masses, Gaddar became a legend. Hundreds of thousands of printed copies and thousands of cassettes of his songs have been distributed and sold over the last two decades.

Gaddar's attire is as well known as his songs. In his own words, 'in the beginning, we used to perform wearing lungis. But then, since women too formed a part of the audience, we thought that costume was not appropriate. Therefore, we preferred gochis (dhotis). In the same way, gongali (a thick blanket made of rough wool) worn across the chest had its own advantages. It is in the jungles that we first took to wearing anklets and a loaded rifle on the right shoulder. On the left one, we had a dolu (drum).' He sticks to the same gochi and gongali, anklets and dolu. The loaded rifle has given way to a lathi in the right hand.

After four-and-a-half years of exile, Gaddar emerged from hiding when the then Congress government led by Dr Marri Chenna Reddy adopted a 'liberal attitude' towards the Naxalites. On February 18, 1990, Gaddar met the media. Two days later, Jana Natya Mandali celebrated its 19th anniversary at Nizam College Grounds in Hyderabad. A staggering 200,000 people came to watch Gaddar.

In the last 15 years since he surfaced from self-imposed exile, Gaddar has seen six chief ministers blow hot and cold on the Naxalite movement. During this period, he has launched campaigns to protest against State repression in the countryside and killings of scores of Naxalites by the police in what he calls 'fake encounters.'

Gaddar believes those wielding political and administrative power will, one day, realise that the Naxalite issue can be tackled only by addressing the socio-economic issues in the countryside, and not through 'State terror.'

Assassination attempt
On April 6, 1997 there was an assassination bid on Gaddar. While two of the three bullets the assailants fired into him were removed, one was left untouched because of medical complications. The near-fatal attack, which the balladeer believes was engineered by the police, did not deter Gaddar from being a champion of the downtrodden.

Peace Emissary
In 2001, the Telugu Desam government accepted a proposal to have peace negotiations with Naxalites and the then Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Peoples War announced the names of Varavara Rao and Gaddar as its emissaries to work out modalities for the proposed talks. The Naxalite party was under ban at that time and these two writers were chosen as emissaries, keeping in view their yeomen services in people’s causes for over three decades then. The government had also named two ministers as its representatives and after three sittings held at a time of unabated encounter killings, Varavara Rao and Gaddar pulled out of the talks’ process, that went on between May and July 2002.

The then opposition Congress party criticized the stand of the Telugu Desam Party with regard to the talks and made a categorical promise in its Election Manifesto 2004 to hold talks to arrive at a meaningful peace. The Congress came to power in May 2004 and initiated the talks’ process in June. This time around the then Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Peoples War named Varavara Rao, Gaddar and novelist Kalyana Rao as its emissaries. The emissaries assumed their position on 13 July 2004 and had involved themselves in several rounds of discussions on modalities with the government including the Home Minister and the government representatives. Finally, leaders of two Naxalite parties (by then Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Janasakthi also joined the talks process and the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) Peoples War became CPI (Maoist)) came for the talks held between 15 October and 18 October 2004. After this first round of talks, the negotiating parties had to meet for subsequent rounds but after the encounter killings of some naxalites in January 2005, the Naxalite parties withdrew from the process on 16 January. After some failed attempts to revive the process, Varavara Rao and other emissaries withdrew from their positions on 4 April 2005. The peace process ended with the imposition of ban on CPI (Maoist), Revolutionary Writer’s Association (Virasam) and some other people’s organizations on 18 August 2005.

Within 24 hours of imposition of ban on Virasam, Varavara Rao and Kalyana Rao, were arrested on 19 August 2005 under AP Public Security Act. The police did not arrest Gaddar though they say they have evidence against him. The police accuse Gaddar of inciting violence and propagating the Naxalite ideology of 'power through the barrel of the gun.'

Unlike other left-wing revolutionary writers and poets, Gaddar is equally well known in rural and urban Andhra Pradesh. He is a familiar face on television screens, participating in protest programmes or spirited debates. His songs cut across the barriers of region, religion, dialect, caste and social status.

In the words of prominent academic Dr Kancha Ilaiah, 'Gaddar was the first Telangana intellectual who established a link between the productive masses and the literary text and, of course, that text established a link between the masses and educational institutions.'

He rose to prominence by singing highly emotional and stirring songs that were popular among the poor and the rural hinterland of the Telangana region notorious for the PWG (People's War Group) a Maoist organization that uses mainly violence to achieve its goals. He established a song and dance troupe called Jana Natya Mandali which tours and performs in villages to gather support for the revolutionary ideologies. His style of singing involves use of high pitches in the local Telengana variant of Telugu, thus touching a chord among the locals as popular Telugu media and songs only show the andhra dialect or mixed dialect Telugu. His use of Urdu words is also seen to be a perfect fit since people from this region often mix a few Urdu words unlike the Telugu speakers from other parts of the state. His songs were also used in many Telangana-centric movies enacted by various cine-persona from the Telugu film industry. Due to his affiliations with the previously banned party he was prevented from singing in public until recently. He is prominently visible on any stage by his trademark black shawl that is typical of the Telengana shepherd dress.

Andhra media does it again. It was just a protest.

KCR defended the protest demonstration of some students on Saturday at Osmania University campus where spot valuation of B.Ed examination papers was underway.
Addressing public meetings at Pebbair mandal headquarters and Mahabubnagar town on Sunday, Mr. Chandrasekhar Rao said the students went there to express their fear and concern to the authorities that lecturers belonging to Rayelasseema and Andhra regions who were evaluating the answer sheets were biased and acting against the interests of Telangana students.
All through their demonstration the students were peaceful and they only wanted lecturers from Telangana region as evaluators, he added. He recalled the instances when zero marks were reportedly awarded to SSC, Intermediate students of Telangana region whose answer sheets were evaluated by lecturers from Kurnool, Kadapa and other Seemandhra districts.
“A Warangal student who was given zero marks, got 78 marks when the answer sheet was revaluated but by that time the student committed suicide in distress,” he claimed. Mr. Rao said over 20,000 Telangana students failed due to the biased evaluation of answer scripts by Seemandhra Teachers.
He ridiculed the Governor, Chief Minister K. Rosaiah and PRP chief Chiranjeevi for demanding stern action against the OU students.
“What have you done when Government employees, RTC drivers and conductors and labourers who went to Seemandhra districts for livelihood were attacked and forced to leave their region,” he asked them.
The Government should register cases first against all those who attacked Telangana people in Seemandhra regions. The TRS chief said that Telangana would get its share of river waters only in a separate State. Citing the example of Seemandhra leaders ‘highhanded’ behaviour at RDS, he accused Kurnool leaders of acting like goons and damaging RDS shutters every now and then.
At the two public meetings, large number of workers from TDP and PRP joined the TRS. TRS polit bureau member S. Niranjan Reddy and district party chief Vittal Rao and Arya were also present.

Jethmalani positive about Srikrishna Committee

HYDERABAD: BJP MP, eminent lawyer and president of the Bar Council of Supreme Court Ram Jethmalani on Saturday exuded confidence that 'something good' would come out from the Srikrishna Committee on the state bifurcation issue.
The BJP is against the committee and did not present its views before it. Jethmalani, who was in town in connection with the Telangana Advocates Joint Action Committee (JAC) programmes, said at a news conference that the BJP was committed to separate Telangana state. The Telangana movement was not a secessionist movement like that of Kashmir, he said.
Jethmalani said the Gentlemen's Agreement signed between the Telangana and Coastal Andhra leaders during the merger for formation of Andhra Pradesh proved `utter flop' as the people of the two regions could not mingle freely for various reasons. Gross injustice was meted out to the people of Telangana in education and jobs. The outcry of the people of the region for control over the natural resources was quite justifiable, he said.
Referring to the sacrifices being made by young people in the movement, the former law minister felt that their noble sacrifices would not go in vain.
Stating that Assembly was not competent to give Telangana on its own, Jethmalani made it clear that only the Union government could carve out a separate State by introducing a Bill in Parliament. Praising Justice Srikrishna as a man of total integrity, Jethmalani said he was the fittest person to head the Committee. He also advised lawyers to submit memoranda to the committee.

Cases against students in Telangana movement be removed: KCR

Hyderabad, Aug 28 (PTI) TRS President K Chandrasekhar Rao today demanded that Andhra Pradesh government absolve police cases registered against the students from Telangana region during the recent separate statehood agitations. Alleging that the cases were filed against the students only to discourage them from participating in separate Telangana agitations, Chandrasekhar Rao demanded that the cases be lifted immediately. "These cases were registered against them only to restrain them from taking part in the agitation. The cases should be lifted immediately. The government should respond to the demand," he said. He was addressing a dharna organised by the Joint Action Committee (JAC) of various Telangana outfits demanding scrapping of cases against the students. The TRS President recently urged the Central Government also to see that the cases against the students be removed. Union Home Minister P Chidambaram had announced on December 9 last year that cases filed against the students would be absolved. The TRS President also demanded that the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) gives substantial representation in the government jobs to youths hailing from Telangana youths. He alleged that the youth from the region did not get a fair share in the government jobs.

Trouble brewing for TDP in Telangana?

The major opposition TDP appears to be in for a major shock in the next few days. If claim by TRS is of any indication then some MLAs from Adilabad and Karimnagar and a former MLA from Warangal district are likely to quit the party and join TRS soon after the return of KCR from his five-day New Delhi visit.

Among those who may join TRS, they claim are Dr N Sudhakar Rao, former MLA from Warangal, Mudhole MLA S Venugopalachari and J Ramana from Adilabad district, Choppadandi MLA S Devaiah and G Kamalakar from Karimnagar. Even the name of E Dayakar Rao from Warangal district is being mentioned in TRS circles but Rao and Ramana refuted this as "malicious propaganda". Efforts to contact S Venugopalachari did not succeed.

However, TDP young turk A Revanth Reddy rubbished this as a "cheap and dirty trick" being played by TRS. According to him the TRS has been trying its best to woo the TDP cadre but has not been successful. "Like Bakasura (the hungry demon) KCR is trying to rope in few lower rung workers." He said there was no question of any big leader quitting the party. The byelections is no indicator of TRS strength. People voted in favour of T state and not for TRS. Adilabad and Karimnagar are among the strongholds of TDP and there is no question of anyone leaving the party, he added.

But the fact remains that some ZPTC and MPTC members in Telangana had quit TDP and switched over to TRS in the last few days. Even on Wednesday about 100 TDP workers are said to have joined TRS.

TDP has been facing a tough time in the region ever since the bypoll results were out. While the TRS has been on the offensive, none of the TDP leaders including N Janardhan Reddy or E Dayakar Rao have been rebutting the comments and criticism made by KCR. The party president N Chandrababu Naidu had on many occasions pulled up the party leaders on this issue but still no one was willing to take on KCR.

Telangana political issue: Apex court

The Supreme Court Friday declined to interfere with the Telangana imbroglio saying that it was a political issue and was better left to the political bosses.
'Why should this court entertain the PIL at this stage? It is a political question. No decision has been taken so far. Why should we pre-empt it,' said Chief Justice S.H. Kapadia.
The apex court bench of Chief Justice Kapadia and Justice K.S. Radhakrishnan said the court could step in only after the law carving out a separate state of Telangana was put in place and the same was challenged before it.
supreme-court_250
The court said that when such a law was made it would be open to the petitioner to move the court.
The court made these observations in the wake of the hearing of a PIL seeking to restrain the Justice Srikrishna Committee from going ahead with its task of examining the request for a separate state of Telangana.
The petitioner Bondada Purushottam Yadav told the court that when the state of Telangana would be created it would violate the unity and integrity of Andhra Pradesh.
The Srikrishna committee is engaged in seeking the opinions of political parties, organizations, individuals and groups on the demand for a separate state of Telangana.
Disposing of the PIL, Chief Justice Kapadia said that the stage for the court to step in had not come. 'We don't know what would be the recommendation of the Justice Srikrishna Committee and what would be its paradigms.'
Senior counsel Harish Salve who appeared for another petitioner Srinivas Reddy wondered on what 'principles states are formed'. 'Should there not be some parameters. Can it be done on politicians' and public demand,' he said.
Salve said that when the Srikrishna committee was set up there were no proper terms of reference. The senior counsel asked how could the demand for Telangana be justified on 'linguistic and administrative basis'.

Comparing the Telangana Issue with Economic Crisis.

If you are an active blogger or participate in forums, you have most likely come across an article whose summary is something like this.
NRIs in USA, UK and other countries should be kicked out because their nation is suffering a crisis just because we hold jobs in that country Manipur Nagaland and Kashmir should be liberated etc if the Telangana issue is to be justified.”
Now, think about what all the USA, UK and other countries have done to safeguard the interests of their people?
Hasn’t USA started scrutinizing the work visa stringently?
Hasn’t it hiked the H-1 visa fee?
Why is it that, the US is taking a rigid action on illegal immigrants now, when it was not bothered all these years?
All these are done to protect the safeguard their own people who are the American citizens. Similarly to safeguard the people of Telangana, Mulki rules were framed, but those were ruled void and null by the court.
Another thing is, the US is trying to prevent more people from coming to their country and is also keep on deporting illegal immigrants and issue less work permits. How is that relevant to the issue of Telangana? When Telangana state is achieved, people won’t be stopped or kicked out. They stay or move out according to their own choice.
Preference in USA is given to citizens over temporary immigrants. In Telangana, there won’t be any preferences but equal opportunity for us Telanganites, which is what we are craving for.
More importantly, the cold war is between Americans and other citizens. Over here, the known secret war is among Indians in India or rather Telanganites in Telangana who are not given any rights in their own mother land.
He also claims, Nagaland, Manipur and Kashmir should be liberated because the war has been going on for 50+ years. Is a state which is in the heart of India same as a state which shares borders with arch rivals, Pakistan, China and Myanmar? When they are liberated they become a gateway, easy to pass borders to illegal immigrants and terrorists by which it is India which will have a setback.
The issue of Telangana is never justified or is silly for people who have nor problem is getting education, 3 meals a day and a house. Its only the kith and kin of the people facing a problem who understand the real issue.
Jai Telangana.

Has SKC decided on formation of Telangana?

Looks like the SKC has decided to bifurcate the state. Telangana is no more a distant dream. It has been sending signals along the same lines.
Dr Abusaleh Shariff, who happens to be a member of the Srikrishna Committee toured Prakasam district and the kind of questions he has put to the general public make things more clear. Talking to the people of Singarayakonda, Dr Shariff has asked the people whether they wanted Hyderabad to be given to Telangana state as its capital, or made a union territory in the event of a bifurcation.
Dr Shariff hinted the public that Andhra region has a great potential for growth on its own. He also assured that there will be lot of jobs in Andhra region even if the bifurcation takes place.
Well, thanks Shariff for the hint but, we want Telangana with Hyderabad as its capital. Nothing less.

Who are the “Real” Anti Nationals?

In the representation made to Sri Krishna Committee ,SeemaAndhra Ministers mentioned in their report that people asking for “Telangana“ separate state are anti nationals. This statement void of any rational logic and it is apparently tells people of India that how arrogant Andhra leadership has become. Anybody who has different opinion with them in anti-national. In this present article, I want to deconstruct Seemandhra society and how their society traits are responsible for present state of affairs in the state and also for arrogant comments like this.

Death of Democratic institutions:

Ever since Telangana agitation started there is one interesting thing that has gone unnoticed- leaders from Rayalaseema started talking about Democracy. In their wildest dream also they never practiced democracy. Though I was born in Telangana, I did my entire education in Rayalaseema, except few years here and there. As kid growing up there in early 90’s it was very difficult to go to school in elections times, you never know from where bombs may hit you. Election Day like a bandth day. Nobody with right mind would go to pooling booth to exercise their vote. In villages’ situation was even worse. Total booth capturing. One political party MLA cannot enter opponent’s strong hold. I feel utterly ashamed to be ruled by these Royalseema Leaders who never practiced any kind of democratic principle are ruling the state in different capacities. These leaders respect for human values is known to all. Leave alone human values they never respected human lives also. Killing opponents for flimsy reason is their way of life. With utter shamelessness they support those killings.

The little we talk about these guys giving respect to dalit men and women, the better. Absence of naxalism there perhaps the reason for that.It is really sad to see that in the state level not a single person represents dalits or OBCS from Rayalaseema. There is no room for “ Manda Krishna Madiga or Kadiam srihari or P.Mahendranath” in that part of Andhra Pradesh. There was no question of violence free polls. I feel really ashamed to listen to these feudal leaders talking about “democracy”. When these leader emerged from such a back ground which is notorious for disrespecting minimum democratic principles and occupied the positions that are reserved for only for true statesmen what else will happen is everybody’s guess.

These guys have who tasted the literally the human blood by killing their opponents, started tasting the blood of capitalism. This resulted into building business conglomerates, media houses, and cement factories etc. When ruthless mind is backed by ugly affluence out of misuse of power has become last nail in the coffin for democracy in AP.When this happens there is no force on the earth can contain them? This very attitude of these gentlemen resulted in diverting the due water to Telangana in the form of Pothireddypadu. This even went to the extent that YSR Reddy was planning to put up Nuclear power plant in his constituency by diverting Krishna Rivers. The reason is that under the interest of notion he wanted loot the resources of Telangana, wanted to legalize his wrong motives. The list is endless how Rayalaseema leadership dismantled democratic setup in AP.

Economic Terrorism:

If there is any award for so many financial frauds in this country that certainly must go to Andhra Pradesh. You can take recent “Satyam Scam” to the tune of 14000 corers of rupees. Prior to this “Krushi Bank scam” and before that “Charminar Bank scam. Or for that matter GTB scam. Leave alone all the pretty scams that happen across Andhra Pradesh almost on weekly basis in terms of runaway “chit Funds”. If there is any common thread passing through all these scams is- the owner’s hip of these institutions big or small is predominantly from one region. It is common knowledge that this was done with tacit support of then political leadership at the state.

How State Finance Corporation (SFC) has become testing tool for so called Andhra entrepreneurship should a case study for any reputed B-school, as this clearly underlines the fact how any institution can be decimated for personal goals with the support of state. This economic terrorism with the support of state unleashed my dear Andhra friends has far reaching consequences to the shareholders of society. Same kind of unscrupulous money that has gone into encroaching land around Hyderabad and drive the poor peasants away from cities. There is school of thought that this economic terrorism has far reaching consequences of the people as it directly affects the lifeline of human being instead of the terrorism perpetrated on the lines of religion or anything.

In Undivided AP,Rayalseema leaders dismantled the democratic institutions for their own personal goals and Andhra leadership perpetrated economic terrorism on the state for their very own personal benefits. Going by any dictionary anti national is one who works against the constitutional framework. Our constitutional framework is based on democratic norms. Given the back drop I have given it can be easily inferred from those activities of dear Andhra and Rayalaseema leaders that these people deeds are against our constitutional framework. Under the cover of Telugu” my dear leader you looted and cheated Telangana. When the people of Telangana, for legitimate reasons, asking for separate state you are calling them anti-nationals. When you parted ways with Madras state weren’t you one my dear Andhra minster?. If I conclude that I am under the rule of anti nationals, is it a fair statement to make, going by your own admission to Sri Krishna Commission?

I want to conclude this article by asking simple question to you – ministers who is real Anti National?
